As you can see by the strong feelings I have about even recalling those days of residential schools, I have never gotten over the fact that I've gone to residential schools and what happened to me in "Christine", or even in "le Bradt", which was a happy experience. In "le Bradt" as I said, we didn't learn anything about culture, spiritual beliefs, history, the Indian Act, about colonialism, about our reservation system, and about ourselves as First Nations. They didn't teach us nothing.
